In the en-suite bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. There is also super-fast 200MB WI-FI available in rooms and throughout the property. The room also contains a hard-wired point for internet too.

COMMUNAL AREAS:

There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with an 8 burner range double cooker, a fridge-freezer, plenty of cupboard space, one washing machine and one tumble dryer. Also included in the kitchen are all utensils, pots, pans, cutlery etc.

The lounge is connected to the kitchen and contains two sofas, a smart TV, a table and chairs.

There is a weekly communal cleaner and bath matt and tea towel replacement service. We also have a 24 hour call out maintenance team.
